第123届广交会闭幕新闻发布会5月5日在广州广交会展馆举行。广交会副秘书长、新闻发言人、中国对外贸易中心副主任徐兵向与会的境内外媒体介绍了本届广交会总体运行情况。

徐兵说,第123届广交会是党的十九大胜利召开之后的首届广交会,亦正逢我国改革开放40周年,意义重大。在党中央、国务院的亲切关怀下,在商务部、广东省人民政府的高度重视和正确领导下,本届广交会以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,深入学习贯彻党的十九大精神,坚定不移贯彻新发展理念,牢牢把握高质量发展的总要求,全面提升国际化、专业化、市场化和信息化水平,更好地发挥全方位对外开放平台作用,为推动我国开放型经济发展和经贸强国建设作出了新的贡献。

徐兵说,从本届广交会看,大会各方坚持高质量发展,参展企业在新品研发、品牌培育和市场多元化开拓方面取得积极进展,智慧广交会、绿色广交会建设成效显著。经过全体与会人员的共同努力,本届广交会总体运行平稳,圆满完成各项工作任务。

徐兵介绍,截至5月3日,第123届广交会采购商到会203,346人,来自214个国家和地区,比2017年春交会(同比,下同)增长5.3%,为5年来最高水平。

各大洲采购商到会人数分别为:亚洲112,585人,占55.37%;欧洲34,830人,占17.13%;美洲33,426人,占16.44%;非洲15,888人,占7.81%;大洋洲6617人,占3.25%。

各大洲到会人数全面增长,美洲增长12.76%、欧洲增长8.07%、非洲增长7.24%、大洋洲增长4.19%、亚洲增长2.29%。

2017年我国十大贸易伙伴国家和地区到会人数,占到会总人数的61.44%。“一带一路”沿线国家和地区采购商到会90,576人,同比增长3.86%。

到会人数排名前20的国家和地区占到会总人数的61%。到会人数前10位的国家和地区为:中国香港、印度、美国、韩国、中国台湾、泰国、俄罗斯、马来西亚、澳大利亚和日本。

共有1,076户国际连锁采购企业到会。在2017年最新公布的世界零售商250强企业中有109家到会,排名前10位的有5家,分别为沃尔玛、家乐福、施瓦茨、亚马逊和阿尔迪。共有来自6个国家的8家跨国企业参加跨采服务,包括美国中央采购有限公司、美国生牌、美国史泰博品牌咨询有限公司、韩国乐扣乐扣株式会社、芬兰凯斯科集团、印尼长友集团、西班牙Taurus Group、法国瓯尚集团。

到会超过10次的老采购商50,758人,增长3.77%。

到会采购商中,电子及家电类占39.38%,日用消费品类占31.81%、家居装饰品类占28.34%、礼品类占27.42%、机械类占25.88%。

徐兵介绍,截至5月3日,本届广交会累计出口成交1891.97亿元人民币(折合300.8亿美元),比2017年春交会(同比,下同)增长3.1%,为4年来春交会最高水平。

机电商品仍排在成交首位。机电商品成交158.9亿美元,占总成交额的52.8%;轻工产品成交80亿美元,增长7.6%,占总成交额的26.6%;纺织服装成交14.2亿美元,增长4.1%,占总成交额的4.7%。

品牌展区成交良好。共成交100.7亿美元,占总成交额的33.5%。

对“一带一路”沿线国家出口成交96.7亿美元,增长8.8%,占总成交额的32.2%。

成交订单中,中短单占比居高不下,长单占比依然偏低。3个月以内的短单占42.4% ,3-6个月的中单占36.6%,6个月以上的长单占20.9%。

广交会不断提升结识客户、行业交流、贸易对接、设计引领、新品展示、品牌推广等综合功能,全国各地商务部门和各参展企业充分利用广交会的综合平台作用,不断增强综合竞争实力。本届广交会参展企业从供给侧发力,以创新促进转型升级,把创新作为引领高质量发展的第一动力,在研发、设计、商业模式等方面持续创新,自主品牌、自主知识产权、智能制造、绿色低碳、个性定制产品不断增多。具有外贸竞争新优势的企业取得不俗的出口成效,中国制造越来越多地获得境外采购商的点赞。 参展企业大力开拓多元化市场,努力巩固传统市场、开拓新兴市场、挖掘潜在市场,以客户需求为导向,开发适销对路的产品,赋予产品新的内涵,提升中国制造核心竞争力。

徐兵说,本届广交会在更高层次上运用两个市场、两种资源,不断拓展服务内涵,彰显了“卖全球、买全球”的特色,更好地发挥了全方位对外开放平台作用。一是扩大出口的功能持续强化。本届广交会不断优化展区展品和参展企业结构,实施采购商精准营销、精准邀请和精准服务,出口成交额保持增长。二是促进进口的作用不断增强。本届广交会进口展区重点吸引科技含量高、品牌高端的工业类产品和适合中国市场需求的消费类产品参展。来自美国和日本的机电行业巨头、“一带一路”沿线国家的知名综合家电品牌参展成效显著,泰国、尼泊尔等国家展团首次参展就成为国内采购商和媒体关注的热点。日本TimeLab、韩国的NUC和牙酷牙碧等品牌成功借助广交会平台,打通进入中国市场“最后一公里”。埃及、印度等国家的参展企业成功与中国企业达成长期合作意向,其中印度展团企业共接待境内外采购超过300家,并与50家企业达成合作意向。本届还举办了进口展区境内外重要合作伙伴评选及交流活动、马来西亚展团开馆仪式、马来西亚参展企业与中国采购商贸易对接会等系列活动,为广大境内外企业搭建了高效的沟通交流和贸易配对平台,帮助它们利用广交会这一平台,开发合作资源,拓展中国和全球市场。三是促成结识新客户的重要渠道。本届广交会新采购商与会踊跃,共有84406人,同比增长8.12%。广交会已经成为广大出口企业结识客户的主渠道,部分参展企业80%以上的客户都是通过广交会结识的。四是推介地方特色产业的效果越来越好。本届广交会携手广州、天津、浙江台州、山东青岛、四川成都、四川眉山、河北等地举办了多场地方特色产业推介会,组织6大地方产业集群集中参展,充分利用广交会庞大的国际国内资源,推动地方特色产业、优秀企业和优秀品牌参与国际竞争,有效促进了地方开放型经济发展,受到地方、企业和采购商的普遍欢迎。五是设计创新引领高质量发展。广交会通过设计展示、设计对接服务和广交会出口产品设计奖,引导广大企业提升产品设计能力和创新能力。102家参展设计机构共收到设计服务咨询16,858宗,其中可持续跟进的项目占27%,显示出参展企业和设计机构的对接踊跃。广交会出口产品设计奖为企业树立创新产品和品牌形象的市场催化作用日益显现,获奖产品吸引了广大采购商的关注,成交效果更好。六是会议论坛活动助力企业开拓国际市场。本届广交会共组织了主题论坛63场,涵盖国际市场、行业高峰、潮流趋势、设计创新、品牌营销等8大主题,与会听众累计超过5500人。成功举办了广交会(拉美)国际市场论坛、凯斯科集团跨国采购对接会等。会议论坛为企业开拓国际市场提供了更高层次和更具战略价值的资讯服务。

徐兵介绍,本届继续推进智慧广交会建设,为参展企业和与会采购商提供全方位的智慧服务。本届广交会先行升级展馆A区无线网络,Wi-Fi覆盖率达到95%,网速提升近一倍,流畅性和稳定性明显提升。大数据看板新增Wi-Fi人流热力图,以数据全面展示广交会各方面的情况,为展客商与会提供数据参考。引入智能办证新技术,简化采购商电子服务平台预申请办证手续,采购商办证效率持续提升。优化展商展品查询系统,截至5月3日,展商展品查询系统有220个国家和地区、超过25万访客关注,日均访问量超2.2万人次。“品牌橱窗”专栏广受关注,有效推动品牌企业推广品牌形象、开拓国际市场。

徐兵说,本届广交会巩固绿色发展成果,扎实推进《广交会绿色发展2.0计划》,在绿色展位奖品牌传播、平台搭建、材料使用、设计创新、标准制定和产业联动等方面加大力度,绿色发展质量和效益全面提升。首次举办“广交会绿色展位奖颁奖仪式”,为第122届绿色展位奖获奖企业进行颁奖。开展第123届广交会绿色展位奖评选活动,共有466个特装展位申报评选。广交会展馆环境进一步改善,展览固体废物与上届相比大幅减少,一、二期分别减少了16.6%和27.8%,绿色展位搭建成本明显下降,绿色展位结构安全系数提高,现场展示效果全面提升。

徐兵说,本届广交会继续筑牢知识产权保护之盾,通过专业高效的知识产权保护工作,为创新驱动发展保驾护航。共受理知识产权投诉案件421宗,533家参展企业被投诉,269家企业最终被认定涉嫌侵权。与上届相比,受理案件减少133宗,被投诉企业总数减少197家,被认定涉嫌侵权企业总数减少61家。共受理贸易纠纷投诉案件49宗,比上届增加6宗。广交会高效的知识产权保护工作和健全的机制,全面提升了参展企业重视知识产权、遵守知识产权保护法律法规的意识,营造了公平的贸易营商环境,提升了广交会作为全球知名品牌的信用度。与此同时,在当今中国启动新一轮全方位对外开放之际,广交会知识产权保护工作向世界传递了中国鼓励创新、依法严格保护知识产权的坚定立场和鲜明态度,提升了全球和中国发展经贸关系的信心。

徐兵表示,本届广交会深入贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于脱贫攻坚的战略部署和国务院支持外贸发展的有关精神,通过设立贫困地区特色产品展区、对贫困地区企业免收展位费等系列举措,全力帮助贫困地区的外贸发展。本届广交会共有贫困地区参展企业628家,涉及45个展区13大类商品,其中贫困地区特色产品展区共有21个交易团的179家企业参展,展位规模位居前三的是:食品 63.50%、男女装6.50%、医药及医疗保健类6.00%。大会针对贫困地区参展企业采取了有针对性的参展培训和成交指导,帮助企业提振了参展信心,有力促进了出口成交。参展企业表示,广交会为他们学习借鉴同行先进经营理念、拓宽国际视野提供了绝佳机会,他们将把先进理念和经验带回去,惠及更多贫困地区企业。众多参展企业通过广交会展示了企业形象、结识了大量客户、了解到了最新国际市场行情和流行趋势,成功开拓了海外市场,从而为打好脱贫攻坚战、带动贫困地区外贸及经济发展奠定了良好基础。

Xu Bing introduced that as of May 3, the cumulative export turnover of the current Canton Fair was 189.197 billion yuan (US$30.08 billion), an increase of 3.1% over the spring exchange of 2017 (year-on-year, the same below), the highest level in the four-year spring fair.

Mechanical and electrical goods are still ranked first in the transaction. The turnover of mechanical and electrical goods was 15.89 billion US dollars, accounting for 52.8% of the total turnover; the turnover of light industrial products was 8 billion US dollars, up 7.6%, accounting for 26.6% of the total turnover; the turnover of textile and apparel was 1.42 billion US dollars, up 4.1%, accounting for the total turnover. 4.7%.

The export turnover of the countries along the “Belt and Road” was US$ 9.67 billion, an increase of 8.8%, accounting for 32.2% of the total turnover.
